Declaration of Consciousness Movement

Declare Consciousness. Do one act of goodness. Uplift humanity.

DOCM is a global movement that turns awareness into action. We invite every human being to sign the Declaration of Consciousness, commit to nine universal principles, and perform one Random Act of Consciousness — a real, everyday choice that makes the world more humane.

The 9 Universal Principles

Ahimsa — Non-violence & Animal Welfare. Compassion, kindness, and respect for every living being — human and animal alike.
Women's Rights. Equality, safety, and opportunity for every woman and girl.
Children. Welfare, wellbeing, and protection of future generations.
Elders. Honouring, caring for, and learning from our elders.
Equality. Inclusivity, equity, and righteousness across every community.
Freedom. Of thought, speech, and expression — everywhere.
Conscious Organisations. Ethical, responsible institutions and workplaces.
Mother Earth. One planet, one shared responsibility.
Unity for All. One humanity, many voices, one shared future.
